From 26 to 28 October 2022, the 17th China Pallet International Conference and 2022 Global Pallet Entrepreneurs Annual Meeting was held in Guangzhou, organized by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) and undertaken by the Pallet Committee of CFLP.
The conference brought together permanent Chinese representatives from Germany and Korea, and representatives from Latvia, Belarus, Finland, Denmark, Malaysia, Spain, Australia, Ukraine, UK, Sweden, USA, Chile, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions participated in the conference through online connection. More than 450 representatives from domestic and international pallet manufacturers and operators, raw material suppliers, pallet equipment manufacturers, equipment enterprises, pallet user enterprises, government agencies, industry associations, research units, universities and colleges attended the conference.
Mr. Cai Jin, Chairman of the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management Asia Pacific, Rotating President of the Belt and Road Action of Pallet Sharing (BRPAPS), Vice President of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Mr. Bernd Doerre, CEO of EPAL, Rotating Chairman of Aisa Pallet System Federation, Chairman of Korea Pallet Container Association (KPCA), Mr. Byong-Yoon SUH, Honorary Chairman of the Aisa Pallet System Federation of the Japan Pallet Association, Ms. Kano Naomi, and Mr. Ma Renhong, Executive Chairman of Guangdong Logistics Industry Association, delivered opening speeches for the conference respectively. During the conference, 26 speakers from home and abroad focused on the conference theme of “Green, Cooperation, Sharing and Innovation”, jointly analysed the new situation and changes in the pallet industry at home and abroad, and exchanged and discussed the new trend of high-quality development in the pallet industry. This conference provides an important platform for the pallet industry, enterprises and units to take stock of the whole year, analyze the future and learn and exchange.
In the afternoon of 27th October, the pallet committee of CFL organized a visit to BORCH Machinery Co., Ltd.
At the same time, the conference held an exhibition of “New Pallet Products, Materials and Processes”, in which 61 booths of 54 companies showed the delegates the leading pallet products, technologies and services at home and abroad.
